Refund policy
Smooche Boutique strives to ensure that all our customers are satisfied with their purchases. If something isn’t right then let us know by following the steps below. Smooche Boutique does not refund however, we may provide a store credit. There is no refund or exchange on sale items.
What To Do:
Items being returned must be re-sellable. All items must be in the same condition as when they left our store, all tags must be attached.
1.You must inform us of your intention to exchange (either by phone or email) ASAP. We allow 4 days to exchange an item from the date of purchase.
2.The item must be returned in store within a 7 day period from purchase.
3.A store credit is normally for a 3 month period but can be extended if brought in store before the expiry date.
We reserve the right to refuse an exchange if items have been used, with the exception of merchandise with manufacturer’s faults.
We reserve the right to refuse an exchange if items are returned past the 7 day period from purchase.
