Priority parcel post delivery are $14 per order under $100 (typically arrives within 2 business days). Free for orders over $100.
Express parcel post delivery are $18.50 per order (typically arrives within 24 hours)
Smooche Boutique use Australia Post for all of our deliveries.
Orders within Australia are delivered by Australia Post using traceable Parcel Post. It is required that you provide a daytime delivery address where someone will be available to accept the delivery, no responsibility will be taken for deliveries under any other circumstances.
Deliveries will take between 1-5 days from confirmation of order and payment. Delivery can take longer for regional areas within Australia.
Products that are out-of-stock, back ordered, or special order items will take longer to process. You will be notified either by phone or email if there is a back order or out-of-stock item.

IN STORE EXCHANGE POLICY
Smooche Boutique strives to ensure that all our customers are satisfied with their purchases. If something isn’t right then let us know by following the steps below. Smooche Boutique does not refund however, we may provide a store credit. There is no refund or exchange on sale items.
What To Do:
Items being returned must be re-sellable. All items must be in the same condition as when they left our store, all tags must be attached.
- You must inform us of your intention to exchange (either by phone or email) ASAP. We allow 4 days to exchange an item from the date of purchase.
- The item must be returned in store within a 7 day period from purchase.
- A store credit is normally for a 3 month period but can be extended if brought in store before the expiry date.
We reserve the right to refuse an exchange if items have been used, with the exception of merchandise with manufacturer’s faults.

Smooche Boutique provides their customers the option of starting a payment plan through the use of layby. A lay by is a contract between the customer and business where terms and conditions do apply.
Terms and conditions
Lay bys must be made instore.
There is a minimum deposit of 20% for the first instalment .
- Fortnightly instalments must be made.
- The Lay By is a 6 week contract where by the full balance is required within the period.
- If the Lay By is terminated by either party all monies must be refunded and a termination fee will apply.
- The termination fee is the 20% deposit.
Breaching of the Lay by contract could result in the termination of your Lay by.
