Smooche Boutique strives to ensure that all our customers are satisfied with their purchases. If something isn’t right then let us know by following the steps below. Smooche Boutique only refund online purchases. We do not refund instore purchases and we do not refund online purchases in our store.
What To Do:
Items can be refunded for any reason, to refund or exchange an item please follow steps below:
1. Items being returned must be re-sellable. All items must be in the same condition as when they left our store, all tags must be attached.
2. You must inform us of your intention to refund or exchange (either by phone or email) ASAP. We allow 4 days to refund or exchange an item from the date of delivery of your order.
3. Please notify Smooche Boutique of your intention for refund.
- We must receive the item back to us within 4 days of the order delivery date. (The date that the item was received and signed for).
- As Smooche Boutique ensures all our products are sent to our customers by registered post we also require this on return of an item. We require the insurance to be paid for items being returned. This can be done at most Australia Post outlets. The insurance must cover the cost of the garment, as any garment that goes missing in the post and is not registered will not be credited.
4. If your item is being exchanged we will send your exchange item back to you free of charge.
A refund will be issued to the credit card that the item was purchased on. Please note that we cannot refund any delivery charges. For items being refunded or exchanged, goods must be received within 7 days from the date of delivery receipt and must be in new/unused condition. We will endeavor to refund your credit card as soon as we can, however please allow 1-2 weeks for processing of your credits and 1-2 billing cycles for it to appear on your credit card statement.
We reserve the right to refuse a refund if items have been used, with the exception of merchandise with manufacturer’s faults. We reserve the right to refuse a refund if items are received past the 7 day period from acceptance of delivery.
